A trio led by saxophonist Jon Irabagon — a versatile and acclaimed American player known for his work with Mostly Other People Do the Killing — with the Portuguese rhythm section of bassist Hernani Faustino and drummer Gabriel Ferrandini, both of the celebrated trio RED Trio. Released by Not Two in 2013, Absolute Zero unites a leading New York voice with two of the strongest improvisers of the Lisbon scene.

Critical Reception
