A trio recording uniting American multi-instrumentalist Joe McPhee with British bassist John Edwards and German drummer Klaus Kugel — the same group behind A Night In Alchemia. Released by Not Two in 2018, Journey to Parazzar documents three highly experienced improvisers in open, responsive dialogue, McPhee's deeply vocal saxophone and pocket trumpet anchoring the music.
