A duo recording uniting Swedish tuba player Per-Åke Holmlander — a frequent Mats Gustafsson collaborator and Swedish Azz co-leader — with Chicago drummer Tim Daisy, a longtime Vandermark associate. Released by Not Two in 2016 as a vinyl record whose sides give it its title, On the A and on the B explores the unusual and characterful pairing of tuba and drums in open improvisation.
