A live recording by the trio of German saxophonist Thomas Borgmann with American bassist Wilber Morris and drummer Denis Charles, two veterans of the New York free-jazz scene. Capturing a Polish concert, Live in Poland documents a fervent meeting of European and American free-jazz traditions, with Morris and Charles — both since deceased — lending the music the authority of players whose roots ran deep in the music's history.
