A collaboration between the Polish group 100nka — connected to the Tri-City yass circle around Mikołaj Trzaska — and the American trumpeter Herb Robertson, a witty and inventive voice in creative brass playing. Released by Not Two in 2009, Superdesert reflects the label's penchant for pairing its irreverent home-grown ensembles with visiting international improvisers.
