A recording by Janusz Muniak, one of the elder statesmen of Polish jazz and a saxophonist whose career stretched back to playing alongside Tomasz Stańko in Krzysztof Komeda's circle in the 1960s. Presenting a program built around jazz standards, the album captures a master of the Polish post-bop tradition in mature form, and stands as one of the more historically rooted entries in Not Two's early catalog.
