About This Release
A recording led by New York trombonist Steve Swell, captured during the 2019 Kraków Jazz Autumn festival — the autumn concert series that has always been central to Not Two's activity. Swell, one of the most respected trombonists in contemporary free jazz, leads a series of small-group encounters with fellow improvisers, the festival setting yielding the kind of spontaneous cross-pairings that define the event and the label's curatorial spirit.
