An album by NU Band, the long-running cooperative quartet of trumpeter Thomas Heberer, reedist Mark Whitecage, bassist Joe Fonda and drummer Lou Grassi. Released by Not Two in 2015, The Cosmological Constant continues the group's four-voices-equal approach, rooted in the New York loft-jazz tradition, with all members contributing as composers and improvisers.
