A live recording by the trio of alto saxophonist Rob Brown — a longtime associate of William Parker and Matthew Shipp and one of the most distinctive altoists of his generation — captured at Firehouse 12 in New Haven. Released by Not Two in 2009, the album documents Brown's keening, intensely lyrical playing in the open setting of his own working trio.
